Well you have to put the result first and then all aspects of the formula and then remove factors until you come up with the solution...

So taking the facts..

sasguru = arse - eblow

Now an arse tends to have a hole and the question is about definition it is important we add this factor so would be come

sasguru = (arse*hole) - elbow

Another observation to take in to account is the fact he has two elbows so we add this in..

sasguru = (arse*hole) - elbow + elbow

Going through the calculation to reduce to it's simplest form gives

sasguru = arsehole
