So what you are saying is that business owners should be forced to recruit people that they don't want to recruit? What would you suggest? That every business should have a workforce that is 50/50 - would that apply to every business?

How would nursery schools cope if they had to employ men as teachers according to a quota. Especially with the anecdotal evidence of parents getting uppity about their little darlings having male teachers.

You've probably heard about FEMEN, the young ladies who like to show a bit of breast as a political gesture was either founded by a woman in 2008 although there are some doubts as a certain Viktor Sviatsky (sp?) is also credited with founding it and was definitely it's leader for a spell.
