I didn't really see the point in it. I regularly go for weeks at a time without drinking so I wasn't sure what I was trying to prove. Doing it for just January seemed rather arbitrary.
If you think you drink too much and it would be difficult to do then it's probably worth doing.Comment

As my last evening on the sauce, I have already started this evening with a champagne cocktail or two....my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...
