Perhaps you could add a recommendation for his LinkedIn profile
" Richard is great fun, his emails for jobs that are:- Not my field
- Not my location
- Not my rate
- Choc full of spelling mistakes
Keep me amused for hours.
Very kind of him too, as he works in the Engineering Permanent Division and I am a contractor"

I got a few emails that kept coming for an accounts assistant in wales. Not even close - I dont have any accounts skills even IT related.
It came from the accountancy division of an IT agency that I'd spoken to a few months ago. So obviously my CV was spammed around the whole group.
Obviously, the DB search and subsequent spam email was based solely on location. Are they that desperate to just spam everyone in the region just in case they're skills match?Rhyddid i lofnod psychocandy!!!!Comment

Phone the muppet and ask if he's an agent, when he says yes, put the phone down.
Now spend 6 months calling him and sending random emails asking him to send you details about semi detached houses in Barnstaple or all inclusive holidays in Beirut.
