I'd love to get into robotics. Even robot, er, haptic porn[*] which it sounds like your friend is pursuing will be big business in a few years.

It's a slightly vexing thought that right now there are probably people tinkering in their garages who will be multi-billionaires owning Google-sized robotics companies in 20 or 30 years.

Of course nothing like that will happen in the UK, as the taxes here are way too high, to support all the losers
