And a splitting headache.

Started at 4am yesterday. Executive Meeting started at 8am finished at 8pm. Had a splitting headache. Then drinks / meal / work socializing until midnight.

Now up at 5am, bang headache still, short burst to update presentation in office at 7, schedule is 7.30 until 7pm, three hour presentation questions / answers / strategy from me before next presenters, then straight back out for schmoozing / final meal / meet more people.

In corporates, consultancies or big sales organizations the day is extended by socials. These socials are always work derived where there be me senior management, or partners or clients. The conversation normally consists of work related issues or people asking about their bloody careers. The temptation is to get pissed or fook off, but fooking off is considered not being part of the team.
