You see Dodgy, there is a lot of love out there for you.I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Step back, have a think and adjust my own own attitude from time to time -
yeah alot of the support was out sourced to IBM a while at JPM, now its been moved back in house and not sure if computer people are still involved.Originally posted by DaveBIt was a *very* long time ago but I worked through them as a hell desk grunt at JP Morgan. Doubt the still have the contract now though.
was contracted to Computacenter based at Goldman Sachs a while back - when I started Spring where running things and after Computacentre took over they insisted we all changed our agency from spring to Computer People. (but I'm not sure if Computer People are the 'official' agency to Computacenter...)Comment

They are without doubt the most useless bunch of arseagents I've ever came across.
You never had to deal with Hoaxley then?Comment

They are on the list for AZ along with Elan and Lorien.Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
I preferred version 1!Comment

I've never had that pleasure. In fact the only company I've got any negative opinion on are CP - they're the Foxton's of contract agencies IMO.Originally posted by bobhopeQuote:

Dont insult Foxtons
I think CP would be flattered by that. To be fair to Foxtons they have "raised the bar" in the estate agency world. They may be a tad on the spivvy side but they are a very effective business.Originally posted by snawI've never had that pleasure. To DA,
The problem as I see it is that the amount of bull sh1t that CP has brainwashed the client with. They put across that CP have temp staff (contractors) on their books. many of the contractors are treated like employees of CP and treated like temps by the end client.
