For someone who fully utilizes their rep quota, they can re-rep the same person after two days. For someone who reps when they see a post worthy of rep, it can take months to spread it about enough. Can't you just put a 48hr delay on re-repping the same person and remove the spreading about rule?

Maybe those who get to 'play again' should get reset after a couple of weeks (or another 500 points) so they can, er, play again.
    +1

Then when I want to -ve rep someone I can do it far faster.

The questions is which of my targets will be first?

Also, can we change rep power please? The number of posts one has should rank far higher. Also so should be number of "friends" one has.

Listen, if any of us had proper 'friends' we wouldn't be working in IT and we wouldn't be posting on CUK, so be careful.
