Very close to an actual truth. When people have technical problems, it's because they are not nice to their little gadgets, appliances and tools. Whenever you use something, even if it's only a lowly screwdriver, always say thanks you have done a great job and make it feel wanted. Increases reliability enormously.bloggoth
