Will have the "opportunity" to apply for one of two remaining roles in the department.

Time to dust of the CV again. Can't complain really, two years on decent money through a good chunk of the recession.

Figure I've got about 6-7 months before the money runs out so hopefully something will be along in the meantime.

Will be spending the next day or so getting the CV sorted and ringing a few contacts before I throw myself on the mercy of the Agents.

Going to talk to HR on Monday about the details of the redundancy package and any extras I can get out of them. Likelihood is 3 months pay in lieu of notice, plus holiday pay plus a discretionary payment, amount unknown.

Bonus gets paid this month, which will help fill the reserve fund as well.
