It's an urban legend, but I can believe it. Bloody things are dangerous. If they are allowed to fall on their own they make a hell of a bang when they hit the ground. They make a lovely dent in cars if you are stupid to park under one as ex-mrs HAB did once.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
