Clearly I've to much time on my hands and only one thing on my mind, but I just had an urge to search word associations for the number of times we've reverted to womans jubbly bits, and here's the results (So far, not exactly extensive):

I think you have cross contamination. "Breast" could just have been part of the recipe for a Caesar salad.
