I think maybe it's I can't be arsed, which clearly means I don't like him enough. But he has helped me reach that conclusion by being waaay keen.

As well as cook books I have a penchant for expensive wines and food. So, I guess they're my version of handbags and shoes.

Yeah, same here - but you should never do that, remember that the value of looking priddy is higher than any monetary value.

I am a total sucker for posh packaging and always fall for it. Although I do maintain that it is worth spending as much as possible on eyeshadow, as the pigment is better in more expensive brands...

I don't believe in buying carp, also the expensive brands don't look like you've piled it on with a trowel.

I love wine but I'm only really learning about it now (last couple of years)... it's a whole world of baffling stuff but I like learning about it!!

True - nothing gets me excited like the Chanel Cosmetics counter... the packaging is soooo divine. Am also partial to Mac stuff.

Sad really, I rarely wear make-up but have bags & bags of the stuff

But yes, keen is bad although I feel a bit bad that he kind of can't win.

Nor, totally agree about cheap make up not looking as good, and doesn't the make up box look nicer with the pricey stuff
