She looks like she’s broken both legs and is wearing mucky plaster casts.
But she has managed to catche your attention, hasn't she?

I never quite understood them. I thought they were out of fashion, then they crept back in. I am too short to wear something like them, but I deffo wouldn't wear them to work even if I was tall enough to.
Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

I've worn them to work but changed when I got there! I have (at last count) 8 pairs of shoes under my desk. I'm covered for most eventualities

Oh yeah, I arrive in horrrrible flat boots that I walk in, and like you have a shoe collection under my desk. Do your colleagues rip the piss out of you too?

Oh, so that's what those stupid great moon boots are called? The name is as ugly as their appearance.

My current client's dress code mentioned chinos, and I didn't have a clue what they were either. In fact I've forgotten again now - What are they? Another kind of shoe?

Yep - the all find it highly amusing... but I just like being prepared.

Oh, how did the date go? Have you already spilt the beans? Did I just miss it?
