I did similar some years ago at the Tuborg brewery near Copenhagen, free sampling at the end of the tour and then had to cycle back to Copenhagen, that was a fun day.

I am very partial to that. Whenever I see it on the menu of an Italian, Mrs RC has to drive home.

I put a crate of my home brew out in the conservatory a week or so ago and completely forgot it was there until we came home from shopping a couple of hours ago and came in the back way to avoid the icy front steps.

It is at a lovely cool cellar temperature.
