Now trying a bottle of Fuller's London Pride.

I say "trying" because I hate it on draught.
My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.

Odd. That's a very different beer from the rank piss of the same name I've been served in pubs.

            Theakston's Old Peculier.

I've not had one of these for many a year.
Likewise, I keep meaning to reacquaint myself with Old P but seem to get distracted by ales I haven't tried before.
Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?

I'd open another one and make absolutely sure if I were you

                I was surprised.

It has the brown head of a chocolate ale, but does not taste treacly.

I noticed - to my horror - they have used what as an adjunct - but it is not apparent.

I won't be in a rush to buy it again, I'm afraid.

I only bought the one, so it'll have to be something else instead.

Peter Scholey Organic English Beer. £2.21 for the bottle. 4.1%. Suitable for vegans. No description.

Never heard of it but it sounds like it ought to be good. I'm drinking mineral water - Tescos, carbonated, 20p.

It is a golden ale, not bottle conditioned. There has been plenty written on it.
