More proof that Hamas just do not want peace !!

They do not "just want peace" (and of course neither do the Israelis).

Why talk as if wanting peace were all there is to it? By way of example, if the Nazis had invaded Britain in the 1940s and then said they wanted peace, I would hope they wouldn't have got it.

That's fine.. let's not have peace then. Just don't create a fuss when Israel continue to defend themselves against terrorists bent on firing rockets indiscriminately into their territory.

I think the best thing to come out of 9/11 was the bankrupting of the IRA. Made a few people realise what their 2 dollars was actually being used for.

Another good thing that came out of 9/11 was the fact that the US millitary was granted astonomical budgets in order to get some guy sitting in a cave in Afghanistan - which they still havent managed to do.

But then again Bush did say after a while he wasnt interested in Mr Laden anymore and dedided to launch another war in Iraq completely unrelated to 9/11.

But they did manage to destroy the so called peace dividend from the end of the Cold War - bad news for World Peace but good news if you happen to be selling weapons or as in the case of Iraq in the Oil business.

But here the biggest irony of all - it wasnt some guy in a cave or some guy in a Arabian palace who would execute the downfall of the USA - it was those financial Wizards on Wall Street - and do you remember the punishment they received for destroying the economic might of the USA ?

Why they got a billion dollar bail out package !!!!

And they are laughing all they way from the Bank - at your expense.

And just when you think life cant possibly get more ironic - they gave Mr Blair a Freedom Medal for his part in illegal wars and the murder of innocent lifes - and now hes on holiday and the Middle East is in flames !


And you know what actions he has now taken in the Middle East - I will tell you - Jack Sh!t.

And he didnt even bother to visit any of the wounded soldiers or send condolonces to the troops of the familes who died - all for nothing apart for Mr Blairs vanity and bank balance.

But then Tony was from a nice background and had a nice job as a lawyer so I can understand that he wasnt keen to have to visit those who had joined the army and were now suffering - and he is a busy man remember - he would have felt it was all too beneath him somehow.

For he is a jolly good fellow.

You do have to wonder why we see so many bleeding hearts on the newsreels from Gaza complaining that they don't have enough medicine to tend the sick, poor, and wounded. Surely if these tunnels that they manage to squeeze RPGs and other armaments through might just be wide enough to accommodate a few drugs and bandages? Perhaps the Israelis might be less inclined to launch aerial strikes against the Gaza strip if all that were landing on their civilians' heads were the wrappings from gauze strips and Nurofen capsules?
