It's a play on a joke I once heard a guy selling dodgy perfume in the street. He was saying he had never been to prison - and wasn't going back. he was obviously selling dodgy stuff and had a sense of humour about it for those listening

Ive got 5 tattoos all done when I was < 18 years old, do I regret them I sure do.
