The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Naaah when I went permie for a while for a one of the big fives consultancies, the techies were cheap as chips, they couldn't charge the clients £2000 a day for us as techies, so they appointed most to do BA / DA/SA or even worse PM work ... I liked the move, I have a better quality of life... the most I have to deliver is a word doc or power point slides ... and still charge twice as much as a techie for it ... this is the life I tell ye!!

Just had a telephone interview with someone - I have nooooo idea who she was and which company from , the interview was not scheduled, I just got the call directly from end client, the interview lasted for half an hour, they arranged a time/day to see me face to face next week. They said they will forward further details re the role and company to my email - I still haven't received anything, hope they do send me the details else I wont know where to go

I've only been out of the market for 7 months, what happened? agents calling promptly, agent don't care if I've been submitted by others, clients calling me directly.

Bizzarre...they didn't tell you the company they were calling from?

Maybe they weren't impressed with you so they decided to keep it a secret.
