Couldn't agree more - the contract terms are a joke, the rates are worse than a joke and they seem to have completely lost the original point of the company (making good use of skilled part-time workers, mostly women with childcare responsibilities). I was told by a certain contract reviewing company well known and respected in these parts that Xansa are the only agency that refuses to deal with them. At all. They don't even return phone calls.
Worst. Agency. Ever.
