Do you think people are born with a mind that is predisposed to behaving in certain ways according to race? To help you with this deeply complex and difficult to understand question here are some examples:

Do all people born of afro carribean races have an innate propensity to for example steal?

Do all people born of muslim races have a propensity to blow themselves up and shove bags over the heads of their women?

Do all people born of anglo saxon races have more intelligence and wisdom than any other?

And are you a confused mix of all three?
