clearly a good one, there is always 1 to disprove the rule
Oh, and Jeremy Clarkson calls it "Doncaster parking", the habit of some drivers to go up the kerb onto the pavement and then drop down when parking, buggers up your tracking. Everyone, even the buses calling at stops, do that in Korea. Except of course where the kerb is too high, in which case they just end up parked on the pavement sat on the now folded under wheel. So, never walk on the outside of the pavement unless you are facing the traffic, and still be ready to duck into a shop front.
