They reckon that 10,000 steps per day is what you should aim for, but thats a hell of a lot like! I'm just about managing it though
My old lifestyle would have struggled to get even 500 steps per day I reckon

I often wanted my own boobies, sort of grafted on in some way, maybe one on my leg so I could squeeze it in meetings. Then I got older and I sort of grew em, now I have to do 60 press ups every day just to try to get rid of em
