I did read one source on this story about Biannce who pointed out "it makes no difference at all" but "Binance banned in the UK" actually made it into the headlines on BBC, RadioX and others.

So what was the problem in that casino allowing customers to cash out their chips?
Maybe it's because casino ain't got full cash cover for the chips because it's not even a casino, but a ponzi scheme that relies on new fools bringing their money?

"Bitcoin - Ignore the fear, trade the probabilities.
he above 3-day chart is fascinating. So much going on.
Two dates, March 10th 2020 and October 18th 2020. On both occasions price action touched support and reacted with explosive movements to the upside, 145% and 460%, respectively.
Price action is now approaching the same trend line within a bullish falling wedge pattern. Support is expected to be tested by July 20th.
Laterally as price action approaches support RSI and MFI resistance breaks out - fantastic.
Given how price action reacted to this support previously I think it is very unlikely it is broken in the weeks ahead. Confluence with the oscillator breakouts increases my confidence of a probable move to the upside.
Ignore the fear, trade the probabilities."

Feeling fearful? Better sell now before the market really tanks? Emotion is a money killer. Fear & Greed index now at 37. Blood is on the streets, it is literally the best moment to buy, into the fear."

One day Scooty might realise.
If you're going to trade, you trade what you see not what you think. Nor what you read in TA tea leaves.
Prediction is for fools but I predict Scooty will never get that.Scoots still says that Apr 2020 didn't mark the start of a new stock bull market.Comment

How Cryptocurrency Turbocharged the Cybercrime Racket: QuickTake
Cyberattacks using ransomware are increasing in frequency, and ransom payments made to the hackers are swelling as well. Cryptocurrency and the exchanges where digital currency can be traded anonymously have emerged as key tools for the cyber extortionists. The vast sums being paid by corporations to regain control of their computers would have been near-impossible to move in any other legitimate currency market, experts say.

ISO 20022 is important, especially for those holding certain cryptos such as XRP, XDC, ALGO, XLM and some others.
ISO 20022 is widely used in financial services. Organizations participating in ISO 20022 include: Algorand[citation needed], XDC Network [XinFin], Ripple, FIX Protocol Limited (Financial Information eXchange), ISDA (FpML), ISITC, Omgeo, SWIFT, and Visa.
Goldman Sachs-backed crypto finance company Circle today launched USD Coin (USDC), a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar.
ISO 20022 is a new standard for communicating instructions for electronic payments between financial institutions, and by 2030 it is expected it will be the standard globally and could give the central banks the last laugh—leapfrogging their own current slow-moving payments standards to speeds that will deter the use of their decentralized counterparts.
SWIFT Uniform Standards
The ISO 20022 standard will be the common language of payment requests and orders globally and is set to be completely integrated by all centralized financial institutions by 2030.
