BTC daily chart is approaching multiple resistance points:

    Previous support around 9170
    Upper trendline of current channel
    20 EMA

9200-10700 looks like it could be a resistance zone for another leg down. If this was an FX chart I'd be looking to set up a short around here...

yeah not looking good. the bounce started off well but has been distinctly lacklustre for a while now.
the inverted head and shoulders that formed hasnt given a breakout of any significance either

Yes it's a corrective move compared to the impulsive down leg before it.

        It's a classic trending pattern - a down trend...

Lets see what happens. My first point of note is the upward triangle formed by current support/trend line and the previous support at around 9000. Should squeeze to the end of that by late afternoon. Don't think the volume is in the market to breach it with any conviction though

Big boost up...looks like it's about to test the 9000 support again

Very big and important economic announcement coming out of the US at 1:30 PM today:

Could have an effect. One thing I like a lot about crypto is it isn't subject to shoppy price moves around economic announcements (yet). This one could be different though.

Ripple: Western Union Tests XRP in Money Transfers | Fortune

You can add Western Union to the growing list of banks and financial institutions that are test-driving Ripple, the blockchain company trying to become the go-to service for global money transfers.

On the company’s earnings call on Tuesday, CEO Hikmet Ersek told analysts that the company is experimenting with Ripple for settling transactions and for capital optimization. Western Union is also testing Ripple’s native currency, XRP, a spokesperson confirmed.

Ersek’s comments, cited below, come a month after Ripple announced a tie-up with Western Union’s rival Moneygram, which is also testing XRP in money transfers.

I've done a tradingview chart for BTC:

                      https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BT...sistance-zone/

Was going to do an EW wave count but it's busy enough without it. May have completed wave A and be in corrective wave B now - which could be messy and take a while...
