If you are bitching about an interview I assume it didn't go well, if it didn't go well it probably wasn't the interviewers fault

But, since it was a phone interview, are you certain he yawned? You didn't see him, so how can you be sure? He might have breathing difficulties, there might have been someone else in the room with him.
Unless he said "Sorry I yawned there", then don't immediately assume the sound was a yawn.

Doesn't matter where the interviewer is located, it doesn't matter whether I did well or not, it doesn't matter whether he is CEO or junior programmer, if he has accepted to interview he should behave professionally (3 yawns and no apologies).

OP you seem to have this thing about people acting professionally. How often do you deal with agents as well?

Usually, when I'm looking for work, it gets to about 0901 before I speak to an agent whos acting like a tit.

Had a telephonic for a permie role with an IB (jPMC). The interviewer (VP level) yawned 3 times during the interview. The interview was at 10:30 am and it seemed he had just woken up from sleep. Will be send a feedback to the company HR (even though it won't change anything).

May as well strike them off, with regards to, getting a role there in the future, then.

I WGF, if it got me a role, simple as that.
