I've got this mate who's a contractor. He's not normally prone to panic attacks but of late he's had a few.

As you claim to be his friend and we know that Suity really doesn't have any friends, we have only 1 of 2 plausible scenarios here:-

1) suity is using the word "friend" in the "my friend was caught by his wife looking at porn and now no longer has a front door key and access to the children" way

2) you (FLC) are having panic attacks and having told Suity your problems, he has told everyone about it....

Which one of the above scenarios do you want to accept...
