Avoiding agents - going direct

Many companies won't deal directly with pscs, so your only option is the agent. Even when you have a direct intro you may end up going through an agent for payroll purposes.

Twice in recent years I have found a contract direct, and both times the client has inserted an agent. So sometimes it just doesn't make much difference.

Am not being sarcastic I am being serious. You type 'rare' instead of rate in one post and then put 'gents' instead of agents at the top of this. Just looks a bit poor that is all. I know we all make grammar mistakes and autocorrect errors but two in two posts, particularly with the questions just doesn't look great that's all.
