I do agree it's ludicrous to leave for £20 a day, but then I never addressed that imaginary scenario. Also seems unlikely to me, but I could be wrong.
A 12 month gig at £100 a day more; well that I'd have to consider. It's proper moneh.

£20 a day more probably not. 30 mins closer to home so I see my kids for an hour more every day.

I'm sorry that trumps it all in my book..... My kids won't be impressed that Dad never let his clients down because he was a good guy who had a weird idea about it.

Doesn't care if his kids think he's a good bloke or not either.
Surely claiming JSA would leave him with zero commute though?

Hours are good and as you say commute is zero though BUT £14 per day is a bit tight.

To confirm no I would not dump for £20 a day if that was the ONLY reason.

If it was £20 per day and closer to home I'd be off though. Or £20 per day and current client were arses....

Glad you have a little self respect.

I earn a lot more than that when having a dump at client co

Of course, why waste free time at home when you have a gold plated one at client site......
