I am hoping some Excel geeks can help me with an issue I am having with Excel conditional formatting.I have two cells (A3 and A5 for example). Cell A6 has the product of those 2 cells. Using conditional formatting to apply colour is fairly simple, however I do have conditions where I need the conditional formating to be based on the contents of A3 and A5.In english what I want to produce as a conditional format is...IF A6=4 AND A3 OR A5=4 then apply conditional format.Any suggestions or ideas gratefully accepted.

Formula is
=AND($A$6 = 4, OR($A$3=4,$A$5=4))Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
I preferred version 1!
