Find and replace across multiple files.

      With regexes or straight substitution.

Offshore it to India and have it triple-keyed. Much cheaper.

          sed or awk

Is it a complex change ? hows your regex?

depending on what you need to do sed or awk are probably the most powerful and flexible tools for this.
