    Can anybody point me in the right direction for some good resources for learning this. I dabbled with it in a previous role and found it to be less than intuative to say the least.
    Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

    I preferred version 1!

          Toad is powerful - but its UI can be rather inconsistent and frustrating at time. Then there are the numerous bugs...my copy keeps crashing when I close a connection.
