right so on Chrome there is no option to allow scripts from the whole site so on some sites you have to enable it on each page and then refresh it- chromes' script blocker is nowhere near NOScript yet

NoScript has been adding improvements for quite a long time now and judging by the number and frequency of updates it's somebody's full time project.

It's been around since before 2006

fair enough, I guess it's because I took history at school and not 'the internal business relationships of google' that I know Hitler was a bad guy, I also missed the excellent 25-part documentary: 'how google and firefox work together' because I was busy watching 'the world at war'

seriously though I wasn't disagreeing just wished you had qualified your statement - I don't trust google any more than I trust any other company

It is hard to prove anything, but there is a feeling that Google are not the good guys any more.
