I'm pretty sure Chrome-Adblock did the same for me, or at the least guided me through setting it up. You might easily have clicked through it by mistake I guess; but I thought FF also asked you which lists you wanted to use when you first installed.

Actually, for all the slating that I've given it I have to say that on my (well specced, obviously) personal laptop it's a pretty nice browser.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

That was there in the comments section of the article linked to earlier.

Just in, although it's a week old now:
other prob with the noscript thing is that it doesn't allow you to isolate scripts from providers (all or nothing) and doesn't refresh your page when you enable javascript - am sure it will get better

Yes, the automatic page refresh in FF NoScript is very nifty and a time saver.

Chrome VS Firefox (IMO - wont mention others cos IE is just um yeah whatever and never used safari)

Chrome Plus points - fast start up, good mem use, separate processes for each tab, move tabs out into new browser, history, homepage showing snapshots of recently visited sites, the 'under the hood' section and general look and feel, download manager

Firefox plus points - separated url and search bar, great browsing experience control, renders some sites better than chrome

Chrome is winning but not all the way there yet!

right so on Chrome there is no option to allow scripts from the whole site so on some sites you have to enable it on each page and then refresh it- chromes' script blocker is nowhere near NOScript yet

I would never trust anything from Google. They are tricky customers.
