    Windows Powershell

Has appeared in my recently installed list of progs. I didn't install it (at least not directly - I have installed some Juniper virtual networking stuff in order to log in to a client's systems recently) - did it come from a windows update or something??

It's there on a fresh install of W7 Ultimate I've just done (only 3 Windows patches so far, plus a couple for Security Essentials).

With Server 2008 Powershell gets installed if you add the Windows Backup command line feature.
Behold the warranty -- the bold print giveth and the fine print taketh away.

Cheers for that - still not entirely sure how it arrived here but that is a possibility

Do you get grep, awk and vi equivalents?
