    Light bulbs

Back at Mustang Towers, one of the chandeliers keeps blowing the bulbs in it. Mrs Mustang like the light fitting so changing it for something else is not an option! However I am finding it hard to find replacement bulbs - does anyone know a company that stocks "normal" filament bulbs rather than new energy saving bulbs.

It requires opal (white), candle bulbs with a small (E14?) screw thread fitting (i.e. not bayonette). I can't find these any more and I can't even seem to find an energy saving equivalent! To make matter worse we have it wired to a dimmer switch. WIll the new energy saving bulbs work with a dimmer switch? I know the old, early ones didnt.

    Any input greatfully received.

    TIA.

What's wrong with sitting in the cold and dark to save the planet?

Was going to suggest the same or eBay.

Also, I think the newer energy saving bulbs are now dimmable.
