    Web Site & SQL

If I were to develop a web site that stores user account information, and information about items they have posted to the web site (which runs over a Win2k3 & IIS6 platform) would SQL be the better choice of Db tool, and if so how about the creation of the site, Dreamweaver, or something different. Thanks one and all.......

I think you need to be a bit more specific gooner, e.g. is it already up and running, scale (personal/corporate), who's paying etc.

Otherwise if it's an all MS setup then generally going for the DB mentioned is probably the no-brainer choice.
