Acer touchscreen - keyboard

it does not work, at all. the PC is new, just took it out of the box, and the mouse is fine, but the keyboard does not show any signs of life at all. I tried to change the batteries, but have the same result. anyone had similar problem, or should I go to the service centre?

Yes, I had a very similar problem with mine. The box and other packaging was a wonder, but the PC was crap so I sent it back and they sent me a full refund. Apparently this model is no longer marketed due to defects in the design.
