    Latest Vista patch Tuesday

    Laptop acting odd.

First it was really slow after I applied todays updates but now it is better.

Anyone else had 'odd' things happen?
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

I dunno if it was related. Afterwards the XP pro box started to act funny. I've done a brief scan for malware, but that showed nothing. I've done a complete power cycle of the whole network to start again.

Nah, not auto. The laptop was mucking about first thing this morning and the little icon thingy was there so I decided 'what the heck'.

Thinks seem to be OK at the moment.

Mine wouldn't restart after a recent Vista update - had to boot from Vista CD and "Repair Windows".
