I've tried Googling for this, but with no satisfactory result.
Why are the video and audio almost always out-of-sync on YouTube video clips? Is it a problem with my machine?
For example, this clip about the new Beatles x-box game. I realise that the game is an animation, but presumably it lip syncs on the actual x-box, so why is the audio out on YouTube?
A similar clip about the same story on the BBC News site is fine.
Edit to add: On YouTube it's the video which lags behind the audio. Presumably they stream separately??
