    Business Objects

I'm new to business objects but something odd has started to happen. I've written a number of queries which have worked fine for yonks. Then suddenly yesterday when I output them to a CSV file they are all being chopped at 512k in size. If I export the same report to Excel it produces the full report (as much of it as Excel can cope with anyway - hence the use of CSV files)

I'm using BO XI Rel2 using infoview.

I've tried modifying the report and saving with a different name but to no avail. The 512kb limit suggests that there is a threshold set somewhere but I have no clue as to where.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

Has someone changed the views on the database perhaps added a filter?

On the export dialog which you use to export the report, is there some advanced options or something?...I dunno as I have never used BO.

Good luck with that, I know how it will pull your hair out for some little setting somewhere.

It's been a while since I looked at the CMC, but I cant remember there being any limits on export sizes, would be worth checking with your Administrator though.

Can you schedule the report and email the output to you as csv? This uses a different workflow than just refreshing a report and so could narrow down where to look for the issue.

Is this a Desktop Intelligence report or a WebIntelligence report run through InfoView?
