Think you may be right. 34sp are atrocious! Been waiting for nearly a week despite being told last Wednesday the account was ready. No response from their tech people. Will have to 'go to war' with them over the phone, which is something we shouldn't have to do in this day and age.

Now I know why we have programmes like Watchdog on TV!

Wow, I'm amazed, I've used them (34SP) without issues since the end of 1999.

I've heard good things about Tsohost and VIDAHOST.
Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?

I have three sites hosted on their Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP virtual servers. Been using them for several years, never had a problem, and always had a rapid response (within minutes, even on a Sunday) from their tech support people on the rare occasions that I've contacted them with a query.

Surprised no-one's mentioned the search feature yet.

Another thing with 34SP and their webmail cannot be picked up on Blackberrys. When I enquired for support, their excuse was that 'no one in the office had a Blackberry' so they didn't know how to set up mail!

Anyone using a hosting service whose webmail can be viewed on a Blackberry?

email works fine with my blackberry

+ they have great tech support.

                      I would highly recommend them
