VM Ware to virtual PC conversion

I have some VMWare VM's I need to convert to VPC 2007. Any suggestions ??

All I've been able to come up with is to creat a ghost image, stuff that on another PC and then import that. Surely there has got to be an easier way....

Havedonwloaded it and am converting a disk, but it seems that will give me a way forward.

No worries. I did something similar recently, but I can't remember if I used that tool or not.
