    Silly Question time

We have and ordinary TV and we link the VCR in after the freeview box in order to record digital TV programs (for our own use, naturally).

With the new digital TV's (when the digital signal splitter is integral to the TV) how do you transfer the digital signal to the VCR (or DVD recorder) in order to record the digital signals?
Or do you have to get a new recorder (or DVD in these tapeless days), that you tune into the digital signals.

Please don't be too techie as I'm only a bear with few brain cells.
    It's Deja-vu all over again!

Is it a betamax or VHS one?
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

          I preferred version 1!

Just get yerself one of these Kathy - Topfield

Alternatively get a Humax - a bit uglier but cheaper with almost the same fuinctionality.

Much better than grotty old VCRs
