Found this amazingly easy to use bit of software: www.teamviewer.com Free for personal use - and the USB version allows you to connect, e.g. to your home pc from any pc in the world - haven't tried it on client site; they might spot unusual traffic and pay me a visit, like when I was using U3 Skype...
