      If you want to record what you see on screen as an .avi Fraps is good:

      Can take screenshots and check out your FPS as well

          Are you looking to grab that video about the canal? Try using SDP Downloader.. Click the 'Open' button, paste the URL in (use: http://wm.stv.tv/300408canal.wmv) and it will download the stream to a WMV file for you.
          The "Fit" hits the "Shan"
