Hi folks another one for you Solaris bods. On a solaris box, what is OBP. When you install it/update it, does it run from the hard disk or is it like flashing a BIOS - i.e. working at a lower level than this.

Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

OBP also known as ok prompt is low level a bit like the BIOS on a PC, you use this before booting the operating system. Do a google on thinks like
boot disk1
boot cdrom
nvram
banner
setenv
printenv
