SQL Server DATE but no TIME

Is it possbile to get the time of a row where the date has been stored but not the time ?

Is there a meta data function that can be converted ? @@timeticks ? or datetime related to a timestamp?

Either the date has been stored or it hasn't?

What is the format the data is currently in?

      No

      No

      But I could be wrong!!!!

Are you alluding to pulling out information regarding to when the row was last updated and you don't have a datetime field recording the time of the action, just the date?
