SOHO network setup book

Does anybody have any recommendations for books on small office windows network setup? Perhaps something that also covers basics of e-mail, DNS and possibly -- gasp! -- Domains.

I've looked on Amazon and can't really find anything. Amazon points me to all the MCSE stuff...bzzzzt not what I need.

Do you require an understanding of the principles of Internet architecture or just its specific implementation on Windows systems? (or both?)

Windows Please

I'm looking for strcitly Windows setups - including server setups (esp. Small business server) covering DNS, DHCP, VPN, e-mail, firewall and domains.

The kind of setups a small business with say five or more PC's would use.
