    Cheers all - I pretty much agree with everything you say.

    Some people simply have no idea about technology and for some reason think that being a developer is easy and the only reason someone is still a developer is because they are lazy.

    You can therefore get rid of them and replace with cheaper off shore option.

    So pointless listening to this sort of outdated bollox.
